Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We currently ship within Sweden.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong or Delayed Shipments

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@njolclothing.com with your order number and shipping details. We’ll do our best to assist you.
